What we do:
We specialise in creating positive learning improvement cultures so that learners, teachers and managers can thrive. We do this in many ways, often through training and coaching. We find out about where you are at and where you want to get to and we devise a plan with you.
A big part of creating the right culture is considering how we observe and improve learning. We spend most of our time on this. At least, Deborah does. It's Deborah's passion. She's a student of observation and improvement and she is busy living and breathing it. If you are looking to find answers to observation and improvement activity that works, you are in the right place. You might want anything from a single day of observation training (and we have a whole range of packages depending on your requirements) to a whole college programme of support. This might include coaching in the form of paired learning walks and dual observations, facilitation of learning dialogue meetings, strategy support, moderation activity and much more.
